Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the The Vendor Collective mobile application and web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Florida state regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Professional Eligibility

Use of the "Vendor" features requires an active business entity. You represent that you hold all necessary Florida professional licenses and insurance required for your specific trade. The Collective reserves the right to verify and/or suspend access based on license standing.

3. The AI Bid Perfector

Our AI-driven tools are designed to assist in professional communication. The Vendor Collective does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. All final bids, pricing, and contract terms are the sole responsibility of the Vendor. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in bids submitted to Managers.

4. Credits & Payments

Membership and "Match Credits" are purchased for use within the platform. Credits are non-refundable and do not constitute a guarantee of a winning bid. They represent the opportunity to be "in the room" with decision-makers.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for conduct that is unprofessional, fraudulent, or in violation of Chapter-level networking rules. Users may delete their accounts at any time via the Settings menu.
