To provide the "Match" services of the Collective, we collect the following:

• Account Data: Name, professional email, business license info, and insurance documentation.
• Usage Data: Interaction with our AI Bid Perfector, Match Engine, and Social Hub.
• Location Data: Your service territory in Florida to facilitate geographic matching.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to facilitate the "Match" between Vendors and Managers. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers. Your information is used strictly to provide the services of the Collective, including AI-driven bid assistance and chapter-level networking.

4. Analytics & Tracking

We use Google Analytics and Firebase to improve our platform's performance. Vendors may see aggregated "Profile Views" or "Match Stats," but your specific private activity is never shared without consent.

5. Data Deletion

In accordance with App Store requirements, you may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@thevendorcollective.com. Once requested, your data will be purged from our servers within 30 days.
